The HABC Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (QCF) and the HABC Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (QCF) offer the central elements of emergency first aid techniques. Our comprehensive courses have been designed to teach you everything about emergency first aid and to equip you with a first aid certificate. There are several industry sectors that require employees to hold an emergency first aid at work certificate for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (NI) 1982. Each of our one-day courses last for a minimum period of 6 hours and all classes are priced at £4.75 per registered student. Each course is structured to equip you with core first aid practices and upon successful training completion we will award you with an Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate. Additionally, you will receive a plastic card with proof of your course training, qualifications and certificates.
Course Details and Certificates
The one-day courses cover essential topics relating to fast, safe and effective treatment for injuries and illness at work. Each student will learn how to accurately assess an incident and identify symptoms along with provide full assistance to a casualty of illness or injury. All courses and training deliver full awareness of the important responsibilities held by an emergency first aider along with an official first aid certificate. Each learner’s performance in all classes is assessed throughout the course and tasks include oral and/or written questions as well as practical demonstrations. You will be issued with your emergency first aid at work certificate once the course is completed.
